Between decision and delivery, speed falls away.
The ideas are there, the problem is known, and a prototype may already be running. What is missing is process, roadmap and prioritisation. Things get built, yet delivery does not really move, because nobody closes the gap in between.
Agencies deliver concepts and move on. The engineering team waits for decisions nobody makes. And a full-time Head of Product is, at your stage, either too expensive or simply too early.
What is missing is someone who decides what gets built next, thinks along on the technical side, and is still there in three months.

How it works
Four steps – and I stay beyond launch

Clarity
We sharpen the problem, the scope, the approach and the first version. After that you know what will be built, what deliberately will not, and how we measure success. Usually two to three weeks.

Build
Keep an overview and stay in control across the whole process, and support your team where it would otherwise stall. If there is no team, I take on delivery with selected partners that I steer.

Live
The first version goes into production. Usable, not a demo. From here real user behaviour counts instead of assumptions, and we see where to sharpen next.

Beyond
Part-time at your side: next releases, prioritisation, and a second opinion for you and your team when it matters. For as long as needed.

What an engagement usually looks like

After that it often continues part-time, with the next releases, prioritisation and ongoing exchange.
What that means in practice depends on your product, your team and your timeline. That is why there are no clickable packages here. Whether we work by effort and time commitment or agree a fixed-price package, we clarify that together once I know your situation.
